Are you and those around you openly discussing the most important issues…right now? Or is lack of communication putting your goals at risk? As a leader—of projects, programs or people—your central function is to ensure conversations drive results, inspire innovation, and support necessary change. Fierce Negotiations You’re always negotiating. It’s part of daily life. Yet negotiating is often viewed as a struggle in which one side must lose for the other to win. Fierce Negotiations reframes the process of negotiation using Fierce techniques and models to yield the best deal and enrich the relationship.
Have some of the long-accepted “best practices” within your organization become “worst practices” that hinder success and growth? Fierce Leadership is not about following blindly. It’s about openly questioning and exploring practices and policies—and setting aside those that no longer (and perhaps never did) serve your organization.
Do people in your organization actively seek and demonstrate personal accountability? Or do they seek safe projects that keep them off the hot seat? Do they deliver agreed-upon results, despite obstacles? Or do they play the blame game? Fierce Accountability training fosters accountability within teams and throughout the organization, builds a new context around accountability, uncovers the dangers of diluted strategies and playing it safe, and develops effective responses to those who have a context of blame, protection, or defense.
Are differences a source of strength within your team or a point of contention and division? For the first time in history, organizations are comprised of four unmistakably different generations, each with their own approach to, view of, and desired outcomes from work. Fierce Generations is multigenerational training that provides a framework for uniting people and realizing the rewards of an inclusive culture.
