After graduating from Indiana University, he founded MicroSolutions, a computer consulting company that he later sold to CompuServe. In 1995, Cuban and longtime business partner Todd Wagner co-founded Audionet, which evolved into Broadcast.com and transformed the way audio and video content could be delivered over the internet. Dallas Mavericks
In 2000, Cuban purchased the Dallas Mavericks and helped transform the franchise into one of the NBA’s most successful organizations, culminating in the team’s first NBA Championship in 2011. Cuban is also the co-founder of 2929 Entertainment, former chairman of AXS TV, and founder of the revolutionary healthcare company Cost Plus Drugs, which is dedicated to making prescription medications more affordable and transparent for consumers.
