He is founder of QBQ, Inc., an organizational development firm based in Colorado dedicated to “Helping Organizations Make Personal Accountability a Core Value.”

John is a 1980 graduate of Cornell University and a native of Ithaca, N.Y. After five years with Cargill Inc. as a commodity trader, he entered the training industry in 1986 as a salesperson who sold and implemented leadership development programs. Nine years later he left that organization to serve as a presenter of an idea that makes a difference for organizations and people: Personal Accountability.

John lives in Denver, CO with his wife Karen. The Millers have six daughters, one son and seven grandchildren! John serves on the Board of Directors of the Denver Rescue Mission.
