Joe has served on the faculty of the Center for Professional Development at Belmont and has presented at business conferences in countries around the world including Italy, Sweden, South Africa, England, Swaziland, Canada, Mexico and throughout the Caribbean. After working as Director of Marketing for a national real estate company in the seventies, Joe opened his own consulting firm in 1982.

Joe is the owner of Mirror, an award-winning restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee, and is a partner in Hometown Productions, a film production company.
